Pakistan Journalist: Journalist in Pakistan missing for two days, police said – family is lying

Pakistan Journalist Abir Mir: Pakistan journalist is missing since Wednesday (March 8). The Pakistani journalist’s family has made such a claim. Apart from being a journalist, Abir Mir also works as a human rights activist in Balochistan. According to Pakistan’s Dawn newspaper, Abir Mir was last seen on March 8 at an ATM in the capital Islamabad.

Talking to Dawn, Khalid said that he did not pay much attention to yesterday’s news, as Abid often left home late at night to study with his friends. But on Thursday morning, they got a call from Abid’s family, informing them that he was missing.

Pakistan’s opponents became attackers

This issue gave opportunity to the opposition in Pakistan to attack the government. The Express Tribune quoted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Punjab chief minister Chaudhary Pervez Elahi as saying that the number of such cases has increased under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
