He is coming to India on March 20 and will be on tour till March 21. This information has been given by the Ministry of External Affairs. During this, many issues including increasing bilateral cooperation in many sectors will be discussed.

According to the news agency PTI, the Ministry of External Affairs said, “Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will make an official visit to India from 20 to 21 March. The Prime Minister during his visit to India Narendra Modi. Both sides will discuss bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.”

India’s presidency in G-20 will also be discussed

Fumio Kishida Along with expanding bilateral cooperation in many areas including trade and investment, India’s presidency in G-20 will also be discussed. The Ministry of External Affairs said, “They will also discuss their priorities for their respective Chairs of G-7 and G-20.” Tokyo will chair the group of G-7 countries this year, but it will not affect the chairmanship of the group of G-20 economies to be held in India.

It is being said that Kishida is keen to deepen ties with countries like India to pave the way for the success of the G-7 in-person summit to be held in Japan’s western city of Hiroshima in May. PM’s visit to Australia
