Indonesia Earthquake: Earthquake tremors of 7.0  magnitude were felt today i.e. Tuesday (August 29) in the Bali Sea region of Indonesia. The European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) informed that the epicenter of the earthquake was 201 km north of Mataram, Indonesia, at a depth of 518 km, ANI reported.

However, the US Geological Survey (UGS) has estimated the intensity of the earthquake at 7.1. Earthquake The epicenter of the earthquake was reported at a depth of 525 km near Bangsal, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. However, in the meantime, it is also a matter of relief that there is no danger of tsunami due to the strong tremors of the earthquake in the depths of the sea. Indonesia shaken by initial tremors
According to the Indonesian Geological Agency, earthquakes were felt just before 4 am in the coastal areas of Bali and Lombok. If we talk about the initial tremors, then there were two earthquakes of 6.1 and 6.5 magnitude. Hotel manager Sudi in Bali, Indonesia, told Reuters by phone that guests at Bali’s Mercure Kuta Bali ran out of their rooms after feeling the quake for a few seconds.

He said, "Many guests have left their rooms but are still present in the hotel area.  He said that those people have returned later. There was no damage to the hotel building due to the tremors of this earthquake. Indonesian disaster agency BNPB said there were no immediate reports of damage. BNPB spokesperson Abdul Muhri said, "The earthquake is deep so it shouldn’t be destructive.
