Weather Update: Weather changed in these states including Delhi, UP and Bihar, IMD gave alert regarding strong winds

India Meteorological Department: People all over the country are troubled by the strong heat and severe heat, but there can be relief from Wednesday (May 24). The Indian Meteorological Department said that from today the outbreak of heat wave has ended in the whole of India.  

IMD meteorologist RK Jenamani said that "The outbreak of heat wave has ended in the whole of India today. From today the temperature will decrease and it will be cloudy. We have issued an orange alert for hailstorm, thunderstorm and rain in Rajasthan, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Chandigarh." 

Heavy rains in hilly areas for 2-3 days

RK Jenamani said that there is a possibility of heavy rains in hilly areas for next 2-3 days and also in East India There is a possibility of storm coming. Earlier on Tuesday, there was rain and hailstorm in many areas of Himachal Pradesh.

Winds 50 to 60 kmph

Meteorological Department told, "Wind speed reaching 50 to 60 kmph gusting to 70 kmph very likely over parts of Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand on May 24 and 25.

Rains in Himachal 

Heavy rain possible in the mountains

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert warning of thunderstorms and lightning at isolated places on May 25, 26 and 27 in the hilly areas. An active Western Disturbance has entered the Western Himalayan region and is likely to cause heavy rain in the mountains.
