Rampur News: SP leader Azam Khan got relief, got more time in hate speech and two birth certificates case

Azam Khan News: In 2 cases related to SP leader Azam Khan (Azam khan), hearing was to be held in MP MLA Court of Rampur today, in which the first case is Abdullah Azam Khan ( Abdullah Azam Khan) was related to two birth certificates. In this case, Azam Khan, Abdullah Azam and his mother Tanjim Fatima are accused, while in the second case, Azam Khan has given an inflammatory speech during the 2019 Lok Sabha general election, in which Azam Khan is an accused.

In the case of two birth certificates today Azam Khan, Tazeen Fatima and Abdullah Azam were to record their statements under 313 CrPC. In the same provocative speech case, Azam Khan had to record the statement of 313 CrPC, but due to the promotion of Special MP MLA Court Judge Nishant Mann, the hearing could not be held today, Judge Nishant Mann will now take charge of ADJ Mau. Under which he left his charge today. The next date for recording statement under 313 CrPC in both these cases related to Azam Khan has been fixed on January 31.

In this regard, Prosecution Officer Amarnath Tiwari told that today there was a file in two cases related to Mohammad Azam Khan. In which there were two cases related to Azam Khan. Both these letters were scheduled today under 313 CrPC and the statement of the accused was to be recorded, but our Presiding Officer (Magistrate) Mr. Nishant Mann Saheb has been promoted to ADJ level. Notification has come from the Honorable High Court, after which he has been transferred to the post of ADJ in Mau. He has left his charge today. Because of this no action could be taken today. In both the cases, the next date has been fixed for January 31. In such a situation, Azam Khan has got some more time in both these cases.
