Jofra Archer Will Travel With England Team: There is not much time left for the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 to start. Most of the teams have also announced their 15-member squad. The defending champion England team is also included in this. This time the entire ODI World Cup will be hosted by India, which will start on October 5 and continue till November 19. England has also added fast bowler Joffra Archer, who was part of the 2019 winning team to its ODI World Cup team, who will remain with the team as a reserve player.
England Cricket Board (ECB) gave this information through social media on 18 September. Earlier, England had announced its 15-member team for the ODI World Cup, in which Archer did not get a place. Archer, who played an important role in making the team world champion in the year 2019, is currently suffering from elbow injury and is completing the rehab process.
Jofra Archer will come with the England team as a reserve player in the ODI World Cup, but during this time he will concentrate on completing his rehabilitation process. The England team will start its World Cup campaign against New Zealand on 5 October. This match between both the teams will be played in Ahmedabad.
