IND vs AUS: Ravichandran Ashwin will play in the local league before the series against Australia, the match will be held in Chennai.

Ravichandran Ashwin India vs Australia: ODI series will be played between India and Australia from 22nd September. For this, recently the Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced the team. Ravichandran Ashwin has returned in this. Ashwin will play in a domestic league before the India-Australia series. He is currently at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore and is practicing. After this, they will play in a local league on Tuesday. It is being organized by Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. 

Ashwin will play in the VAP Trophy ODI League on Tuesday. According to a news from Cricbuzz, an official of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association said, “Ashwin wants to spend time on the field and the ODI match will be a good opportunity for him.” He recently visited the National Cricket Academy. Here he worked on his skills with spin bowling coach Sairaj Bahutule. They are ready for any kind of challenge.”

Ashwin has returned to India’s ODI team after a long time. He played his last ODI for Team India in January 2022 against South Africa. Ashwin has played 113 ODI matches for Team India. 151 wickets have been taken during this period. His best performance has been taking 4 wickets for 25 runs. Ashwin has taken 489 wickets in 94 ODI matches for India. He has taken 72 wickets in 65 T20 matches. 

Let us tell you that just before the World Cup 2023, a series of three ODI matches will be played between India and Australia. Its first match will be held on 22 September in Mohali. The second match will be played in Indore on 24th September. After this, the third and last match of the series will be played in Rajkot on 27th September.
