India Australia Series Squad: The Indian team will play a three-match ODI series against Australia from September 22, for which Men’s Indian Cricket Team Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar has announced the squad.

However, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be back in the third ODI. Rohit Sharma will lead India in the third ODI against Australia. At the same time, Hardik Pandya, who regularly becomes the vice-captain of the team, will also not be seen in the first two ODIs. Hardik will also return from the third ODI. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav will also return to Team India from the third ODI after the rest. The same squad has been kept for the third ODI, which was announced for the World Cup 2023. Apart from this, star spinner Ashwin has been included in the squad for all three ODIs. 

Akshar Patel’s injury increases concern 

Axar Patel, who was injured in the Asia Cup, has not been included in the squad for the first two ODIs. Washington Sundar has got a chance in his place. Although Akshar has been made a part of the team in the third match, Washington Sundar has also been kept along with him for the third ODI.
