Team India played both its group matches at the Pallekele Cricket Stadium in Kandy. In this, the match against Pakistan was canceled after one innings due to rain. And in the match against Nepal, the result was achieved according to the Duckworth-Lewis rule. Now rain in Colombo can also become a big problem for Team India.
The match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be played on September 9 at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. Weather expected to improve after September 9
Director of Sri Lanka Meteorology has informed in a statement given to PTI TV that after September 9, the weather of Colombo will see improvement, it will be sunny and cloudy but there will be very little rain. The final match of the Asia Cup 2023 is also to be played in Colombo on September 17 and the Meteorological Department there has not predicted any rain.
