Delhi News: Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain has got bail after almost 1 year. He is lodged in Tihar Jail since May 31, 2022 in the custody of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). During the hearing on the petition on Friday, Additional Solicitor General of the Supreme Court P.S. Raju said, ‘We are giving interim bail for 6 weeks on health grounds. During this, they can get their treatment done in a private hospital. Let the lower court decide the bail conditions.’
Satyendar Jain got bail on these conditions
During the hearing, the judge of the vacation bench made it clear that this is a conditional bail. During this, Satyendar Jain should not try to influence the witnesses. Do not go out of Delhi without the permission of the court. The report of the treatment being done should also be given to the Supreme Court. Not only this, the judge also said that Satyendra Jain should not issue any statement in the media. The next hearing in this matter will be held on July 10. A decision on the independent health check-up will be taken in the next hearing. Additional Solicitor also said that health check-up should be done by the panel of AIIMS.
