One day Guru Gorakhnath came to Gogamdi to do penance.  When Bachaldevi went to Guru Gorakhnath and told her problem, he gave her a fruit to eat and blessed her to be a daughter and said that “ Your son will be brave and the one who controls snakes and the crown jewel of the Siddhas. After 9 months, Bachal Devi had a son, so she named him Gugga. Later he came to be known as Goga Dev. He was the ultimate disciple of Guru Gorakhnath.
