I believe in God
During the interview with Free Press Journal, Ranbir Kapoor said, ‘I am an intense kind of person and I believe in God. My father was very religious. He used to pray twice a day. Even while traveling by car, he used to say ‘Jai’ whenever he saw a small temple. Such things are instilled in you from childhood. That’s why you carry on these traditions. We love our traditions and love our God and so am I. I am intense, but my personality is very calm.’
Father was very strict
Ranbir Kapoor talked about his equation with father Rishi Kapoor and said, ‘Papa was very strict, but he was amazing. It was because of him that I got a chance to meet the world. He was the one who sent me abroad for further studies. Because of this, I got to learn a lot in terms of practical and education. Thanks to him, I have been able to learn a little bit of worldly things. It is known that due to a dangerous disease like leukemia, Rishi Kapoor died at the age of 67 in Mumbai on 30 April.
