In the video, after Gpay was scanned for Rs 30 more, when the customer started demanding the excess money, the shopkeeper refused to return the money. After this incident, some people are seen beating the shopkeeper badly.
The accused came with his parents
Actually, the matter was just that after taking the medicine, the customer gave 30 rupees more in the scanner to the shopkeeper. Even after the shopkeeper returned Rs 30 to the customer, after some time the accused along with his parents started arguing with the shopkeeper and started fighting with him.
In the video of the fight, it is clearly seen how the shopkeeper is beating some people badly. The Charkop police have registered a case in the matter after the CCTV of the thrashing for Rs 30 went viral.
Case registered in several sections
Senior police inspector of Charkop police station Manohar Shinde said that after the video of the assault went viral, the police immediately registered a case on the complaint of the complainant. Shinde told that this incident took place at Dahanukar Karwadi Asar Medical at around 12 o’clock in the night of 13 April. In which Charkop police has registered a case under IPC sections 324, 427, 323, 504, 34.
