A disturbing incident has come to light from Patna amid praises and reports of public gathering. It is reported that two low intensity bombs were hurled outside a theater in Patna during the screening of ‘Gadar 2’.

A single-screen cinema hall in Bihar’s Patna exploded during the screening of Gadar 2 on 17 August. There was a ruckus in the cinema hall compound, after which the miscreants hurled two low-intensity bombs outside the cinema hall, one of which exploded. The two suspects who allegedly created the ruckus and threw the bomb were arrested and it is a matter of relief that no one was injured in the blast.
Confirming the incident, cinema hall owner Suman Sinha told Bollywood Hungama, “This happens all the time. People with bad intentions come. They wanted us to let them do black marketing of movie tickets which we cannot do. We Want every ticket should be given to public. They tried to threaten my staff. Cinema hall staff are never weak. They have guts to stop wrongdoers. They tried to do that and they all got caught Police and action will be taken.”
Alluding to the case of Gadar 2 tickets being black-marketed, Sinha further said that the suspects were trying to pressurize the cinema hall staff to allow them to do the black-marketing. “We never approve of (black-marketing) and we never participate in it. When the police arrived, they ran and threw (bombs) before fleeing,” he said.
