  • Cornflour – 1 tbsp
  • Green chili – finely chopped 2
  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

How to make Chole

  • To make Chole Tikki Chaat, soak chickpeas in a pressure cooker overnight.
  • To this Add black cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric and salt and cook for three to four whistles.
  • Heat desi ghee in a pan, add cumin, asafoetida, cinnamon and whole coriander and let it crackle.
