- Kabuli chana- 2 cups

- Coriander whole-10
- Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder-1/2 tsp
- Asafetida-1/2 tsp
- Desi ghee-2 tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
- Boiled potatoes-3< /li>
- Cornflour – 1 tbsp
- Green chili – finely chopped 2
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
How to make Chole
- To make Chole Tikki Chaat, soak chickpeas in a pressure cooker overnight.
- To this Add black cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric and salt and cook for three to four whistles.
- Heat desi ghee in a pan, add cumin, asafoetida, cinnamon and whole coriander and let it crackle.

- Make circular tikkis from the prepared mixture and heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry them.
- To assemble the chaat, place tikkis in a plate, add chickpeas, and serve with green chutney, tamarind chutney, onion, sev and pomegranate seeds.
