Weather forecaster has said that due to clouds coming from north-west Uttar Pradesh, there will be strong winds at a speed of 50-70 km per hour in Delhi-NCR till around 09:30 am today. Along with this, there is a possibility of moderate rain and sometimes heavy rain.
