Parliament Special Session 2023 Day 2 Live Updates: Today i.e. on 19th September Parliament It is the second day of the special session. From today, Parliament proceedings will be held in the New Parliament Building. Today a farewell ceremony was organized in the Central Hall of the new building. Before this a photo session is being done. At 11 am, the ceremony will remember the rich heritage of the Indian Parliament and pledge to make India a developed nation by 2047. For this function, a meeting of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs was held in the Central Hall. Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar, PM Modi and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla led the function. In his address in the Lok Sabha, the PM said that this building and that too it is central and in a way, it is full of our emotions. It makes us emotional and also inspires us for our duty.
