There has been more than one musician in Bollywood, who has ruled the hearts of the audience through many melodious songs. In this episode of music, lyricist composer Deepak Agarwal is also setting his foot in Bollywood with some unique tunes. Deepak, who hails from Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, had neither a film background nor any connection with music from his family. His father Shero used to do poetry. Whose impact was on Deepak and he started going to Mushaira and Kavi Sammelans.
After this, Deepak took training in folk and classical music and left the family business and came to Mumbai, the city of dreams, in 2009. While searching for opportunities in the world of music here, he had to face many competitors, but he wants to make his own identity as a sensitive lyricist and musician. He wants to take the creation of special tunes to the people on the basis of experimentalism. Deepak kept getting experience for a few years by being in contact with many talented lyricists and musicians in Bollywood.
In 2013, for the film ‘Zindagi 50 50’, famous composer Bappi Lahiri sang a song written by Deepak, from here his musical journey began. In 2016, director Kunal V Singh was looking for a talented music composer for his film ‘Khel To Ab Shuru Hoga’, when Deepak came in contact with him and the title song was composed. After that he started getting many jobs one after the other. He has composed Jeena Isi Ka Naam, Ek Kahaani Julie Ki, Raktdhar, Jaane Kyun De Yaaron, Black Market, Hawaayen, Love in Taxi, apart from music videos ‘Bhulaye Na Gaye, Jo Tujhme Hai Kisi Mein Nahi, Tujhsa Nahi Khwab Koi, Something Wrong’, the music of which has also been composed by Deepak Aggarwal.
Deepak Aggarwal’s upcoming films are Katha, Welcome to Bajrangpur and Banda Nawaz. Famous actors like Manish Paul, Tigmanshu Dhulia will be seen in these films. Famous singers Bappi Lahiri, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, KK, Javed Ali, Shahid Mallya, Anvesha, Avik Chatterjee, Harman Nazim have sung songs under the music direction of Deepak.
