Kerala Train Fire: Kerala Police will take action against accused Shahrukh under UAPA, had burnt three people in the train

Kerala Train Fire: The Kerala Police has decided to take action under UAPA against Shahrukh Saifi, the accused who set the train compartment on fire. Recently this case was handed over to the SIT of Kerala Police. After which the SIT had taken the main accused in the case Shahrukh Saifi to Kannur in Kerala on April 12 to collect evidence in the case. Meanwhile, the SIT searched the coaches of the Alappuzha-Kannur Executive Express which caught fire.

Only in the past, the police suspected a terrorist attack regarding the arson in the Kerala train. Now the SIT of the police has asked to take action against the accused under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Explain that three people were killed and 9 people were seriously injured when the coaches of the Alappuzha-Kannur Executive Express caught fire.

Action will be taken against accused Shahrukh under UAPA
The Kozhikode First Class Judicial Magistrate has sent the main accused Shahrukh Saifi to judicial custody for 11 days in connection with the burning of coaches of the Alappuzha-Kannur Executive Express. was sent to custody. Shah Rukh’s judicial custody is going to end on April 18.

Three people died in arson
The incident took place on April 2 when two coaches of the Alappuzha-Kannur Executive Express were allegedly set ablaze by Shahrukh Saifi. She reached Korapuzha bridge near Elathur in Kozhikode. During this, three people died, including a 2-year-old child. There is news of 9 people being seriously injured.
