Jammu Kashmir: Police raids on terrorists’ hideouts in Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists have taken shelter in Pakistan

Jammu-Kashmir Police Raids: Jammu-Kashmir Police Special Investigation Unit (SIU) on Wednesday (24 May) raided the houses of four terrorists in several places of Kishtwar district. These four terrorists are in Pakistan and carry out terrorist activities from there. A senior officer gave this information in Jammu.

Kishtwar Senior Superintendent of Police Khalil Ahmad Poswal said the raids were carried out in Padder, Keshwan and Thakrai after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) obtained a search warrant from a court in a case under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

On May 18, houses of 5 terrorists were raided

Earlier on May 18, the SIU team raided the houses of five terrorists. These terrorists carry out terrorist activities from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Apart from these, houses of three suspected people were also raided in the district.

Non-bailable warrants were issued against 23 terrorists

Poswal told that the evidence found in the raid would be used to accuse him of involvement in anti-national activities and terrorist acts. The special NIA court in Jammu had on April 26 issued non-bailable warrants against 23 terrorists from Kishtwar, who were carrying out cross-border terror activities.

36 people have gone on the path of terror in Pakistan- SSP

Even before this, non-bailable warrants were issued against 13 terrorists of the district. The SSP said that 36 people from Kishtwar had gone to Pakistan on the path of terrorism. Two FIRs were registered against him after his involvement in terrorist activities was found during investigation.
