PM Modi UAE Visit: After completing his two-day visit to France, PM Modi arrived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday, where UAE Crown Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received him at the airport. But he was warmly welcomed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has returned to India after a two-nation tour that began on July 13.

UPI agreement with France
PM Modi reached Paris on July 13, where while addressing the Indian people at La Seine Musical, PM Modi announced that now if Indian people travel to France If they do, they do not need to carry much cash or forex cards. They will be able to pay in UPI i.e. Indian Rupees. Although UPI payment has not yet started completely everywhere.
UPI payment will be started from Eiffel Tower and Indian tourists will be able to pay in rupees through UPI in Eiffel Tower. During his visit, PM Modi held meetings with Elizabeth Borne and Senate President Gerard Larcher and emphasized on strengthening the multifaceted cooperation and long-term strategic partnership between the two countries.
IIT campus to be opened in Abu Dhabi
PM after his two-day visit to France Narendra Modi reached UAE, where he was warmly welcomed. During his fifth UAE visit, PM Modi signed several agreements and agreed on trade issues with the UAE. According to these agreements, India and UAE will do business in local currencies in the coming days. This will increase the use of both the Indian rupee and the UAE dirham, besides agreeing to link India’s Unified Payments Interface (UPI) with the UAE’s instant payment platform. Along with this, it was agreed to open the IIT-Delhi campus in Abu Dhabi. Not only this, India and UAE also discussed together to deal with terrorism. During this, a royal banquet was also organized by the President of UAE in honor of Prime Minister Modi.
