Ravindra Waikar News: The troubles of Ravindra Waikar, MLA from Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction, seem to be coming to an end. A case has been registered against MLA Vaikar in Jogeshwari BMC plot and five star hotel case. This case was registered by the Economic Offenses Wing of Mumbai. Ravindra Vaykar is accused of misusing the premises of Supremo Club in Jogeshwari and misrepresenting the facts while building a hotel there. This matter is being investigated by the Economic Offenses Wing of Mumbai Police. Earlier, the Bombay High Court had rejected the petition filed by Ravindra Vaykar and four others to cancel the permission given to them to build a luxury hotel in Mumbai. This order was passed in the chamber by the bench headed by Justice Sunil Shukre, however, the High Court has stayed its order for four weeks so that Vaikar can approach the Supreme Court.
