Nashik Milk Adulteration News: Milk is needed in every household, but if its sellers start playing with this milk then what will happen to the public. Maharashtra’s Nashik Crime Branch busted a gang that was made of washing soda and chemicals. This gang used to supply this chemical made milk in the market.

Crime branch took action

A shocking case has come to light in Nashik’s Sinnar. Here the police have arrested the gang making spurious milk using chemicals. Milk was being made from caustic soda and chemical powder used for washing clothes at the Om Sadguru milk collection center at Mirgaon under Vavi police station. Meanwhile, the local Crime Branch team raided there and exposed the gang making spurious milk.  

The accused was arrested

Police arrested milk center director Santosh Vitthal Hinge and Prakash Vitthal Hinge on the charges of making adulterated milk. Along with this, the police searched the godown of Hemant Pawar, who supplies milky mist powder in Ujani village. There was a stock of 300 bags of skim milk powder, 07 bags of caustic soda, the total value of which is said to be Rs 11 lakh. Meanwhile, a case has been registered at Vavi police station under IPC section 328 and Food Adulteration Act.
