Khalistan Protest: Tricolor in hands, ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ on tongue… NRIs gave a befitting reply to Khalistan supporters’ rally in Canada

Khalistan Protest In Canada: A large number of people from the Indian community arrived against the pro-Khalistan protest rally in Toronto, Canada. Taking the tricolor in his hands, he opposed this rally and raised slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.  

Actually, a handful of Khalistan supporters gathered outside the Indian Consulate in Toronto, Canada on Saturday (July 8). However, their number was much higher than the members of the Indian community opposing the rally. NRIs waved the national flag and raised slogans ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Jai Hind’ during the rally. 

Hardeep Singh is angry with Nijjar’s death 

The Khalistan group had posters of Sikhs for Justice leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who was murdered in Britain on June 18. A ‘Khalistan Freedom Rally’ was held earlier this month with posters accusing India’s High Commissioner in Ottawa Sanjay Kumar Verma and Consul General in Toronto Apoorva Srivastava of killing Hardeep Singh Nijjar. 

India summons Canadian envoy 

India has summoned the Canadian envoy in New Delhi on Monday (July 10) and issued a demarche on the growing activities of Khalistan supporters in Canada. In fact, Khalistan supporters have planned rallies against India in Britain, America and Canada. 

The rallies are being organized under the ‘Kill India’ banner. The purpose of these rallies being organized in the guise of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar is to collect funds in the name of Khalistani propaganda and to attract Sikh youth.
