Japan Moon Mission: Japan also sent ‘SLIM’ to the moon, ISRO congratulated, said – a proud moment for the global space community

Japan Moon Mission: The Indian Space Research Institute (ISRO) has congratulated Japan’s space agency Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency for the successful launch of the moon mission. In a tweet, ISRO said, ‘Hearty congratulations on the successful launch of Japan’s mission to the Moon. It is a proud moment for the global space community. We congratulate the entire space community.

Japan said after the successful launch of the mission – X-ray Imaging and Spectroscopy Mission (XRISM), and Smart Lander for Investigating Moon (SLIM) on September 7, 2023  at 8:42:11 am in Vehicle No. 47 (H -IIA F47) from the Tanegashima Space Center.
