AIMPLB said that in Sharia law there is a provision for the daughter to get a fixed share in the father’s property, but in many cases this is not being given. Similarly, the mother is not being given a share in the son’s property and the widow is not being given a share in the husband’s property.

All India Muslim Personal Law Board spokesperson Dr. SQR Ilyas said that in the working committee meeting we discussed many issues related to women. of. There are many cases in this including exploitation of women, feticide and dowry.
The board said that to give special attention and campaign to these matters, the country has been divided into three parts. Maulana S Ahmed Faisal Rahmani, Maulana Mohammad Umrain Rahmani and Maulana Yasin Ali Usmani are handling its responsibility.
