Rahul Gandhi on Assembly Election: Rahul Gandhi has made a big claim regarding the assembly elections of five states to be held in November-December this year. In an event, Rahul Gandhi said, we can win Telangana, whereas Congress is definitely winning in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. There will be a very close contest in Rajasthan also.
Rahul Gandhi said that BJP is nowhere in the contest in Telangana. If we talk about Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, we are the ones deciding the narrative in both these places. We currently have a government in Rajasthan and the people here are saying that there is no anger against the government. However, the contest may be close here.
Allegations made regarding Bharat Jodo Yatra
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi also targeted Bharatiya Janata Party regarding Bharat Jodo Yatra. He said, BJP and media do not allow the opposition’s message to reach the people properly. In such a situation, he took the help of Bharat Jodo Yatra to reach out to the people. The government tried to create many obstacles in this also. It is better to meet people directly.
‘If UPA comes to power, women’s reservation will be implemented immediately’
Rahul Gandhi was also asked a question on women’s reservation. Responding to this, Rahul Gandhi said, when the Nari Shakti Vandan Act has been passed, women’s reservation should be implemented immediately. Congress is demanding immediate implementation of this reservation system, but the central government is busy making excuses for census and delimitation. If UPA comes to power, our government will immediately implement women’s reservation.
‘Modi government diverts attention from core issues’
Rahul Gandhi once again raised questions on the relationship between Adani and Modi government. He said that all major industries have been given to Adani. The people of the country are troubled by inflation, but the central government is not paying attention to it. Be it Bidhuri’s statement or the issue of India vs India, all these issues are meant to divert attention from the core issues.
