It has been said that this house of Devanand has been sold for approximately Rs 350-400 crores. After demolishing this bungalow, a 22 storey tall tower will now be built.
This bungalow of Devanand is built among the bungalows of many big businessmen of the area. It is also written in the report that an inside source also revealed that stars like Madhuri Dixit Nene and Dimple Kapadia have also lived in the apartment near Devanand’s bungalow.
