Sunidhi Chauhan’s first marriage broke within a year, the singer’s pain spilled out after years, she said – ‘Whatever I…’

New Delhi. Sunidhi Chauhan does not need any identity in the world of music today. On the basis of his talent, he has created a distinct identity in the music industry. Sunidhi Chauhan has lent her voice to many songs not only in Hindi but also in Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Assamese, Nepali and Urdu languages. The 40-year-old singer started singing at the age of 5. Recently, this singer has spoken openly about her first marriage in an interview.

Sunidhi Chauhan married choreographer Bobby Khan, brother of choreographer and director Ahmed Khan, at the age of just 18. Due to belonging to different religions, the families of both Bobby and Sunidhi were strictly against this relationship, but both of them went against everyone and ran away from home and got married.

While on one hand Sunidhi Chauhan had left her family for the sake of her love, on the other hand Bobby Khan succumbed to the family’s stubbornness and accepted defeat. Singer’s marriage with Bobby did not last even for a year and they got divorced. After facing the pain of divorce at the age of 19, she focused on her career and created a stir in the music industry.

“I have made a lot of mistakes…”
Now recently, in an interview given to Bollywood Bubble, he told that even after the breakup of his first marriage, his attitude towards love and relationships had not become negative. Talking further about the mistakes in her life, she says, “I have made a lot of mistakes, but I am grateful that I have not been deprived of good things.”

Parents provided support
According to her, not everyone is able to come out of such situations as easily as she did. Sunidhi believes that her parents were her only support during those difficult times and whatever she is today is because of them.
