Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya’s troubles increase! Court ordered to appear, case was registered against husband

Muzaffarnagar. A special court in Muzaffarnagar on Tuesday issued a notice to Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife to appear in the court on October 7 in the molestation case filed against the actor and his family.

Special Judge (POCSO Court) Ritesh Sachdeva has asked complainant Aaliya Siddiqui to appear on October 7 for reply after the police filed the final report in the molestation case against all the accused including Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Lawyer Pradeep Baliyan said that the police has given clean chit to all the five accused including Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the molestation case. According to the prosecution, Nawazuddin’s brother Minhajuddin had molested a minor family member in 2012, while various members of the family, including the actor, supported him.

Nawazuddin’s wife Alia had filed a case against her husband and his relatives in Mumbai which was transferred to Budhana police station in Muzaffarnagar district in 2020. After investigation, the police has given clean chit to Nawazuddin Siddiqui, his mother Mehrunnisa, his brothers Faizuddin, Ayazuddin and Minhajuddin in this case.

Nawaz and Alia’s dispute remained in the headlines
There was a dispute between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Alia for some time. Alia had gone to many places and presented her side regarding this matter. Nawazuddin never talked openly about this. But Alia had made many serious allegations against Nawaz.

The tussle between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Alia Bhatt continued for a long time. After some time of quarrel, the audio and video clips of both of them also went viral on social media. After this Alia had filed a case against Nawaz and his family. Now a court order has come regarding this matter. After this order, Alia will have to appear in the court.
