Who can apply
As the name suggests, this scholarship is only for those candidates who are the only children of their parents. The remaining eligibility is as follows.
- Only those candidates who have passed class 10th from CBSE can avail the benefit of this scholarship.
- Along with this, it is also necessary that the candidate has secured at least 60 percent marks in CBSE Board 10th.
- The third condition is that the candidate should be pursuing further studies i.e. class 11th and 12th from a CBSE affiliated school.
- The fourth and last condition is that the monthly tuition fee of the school in which the candidate is studying should not exceed Rs 1500 during the academic year.
what is the last date
The last date to apply for CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2023 is 18 October 2023. Under this, selected candidates get Rs 500 per month and Rs 6000 per year. In this way Rs 12000 is given in two years.
